The solar power generation system consists of a solar cell group, a solar controller, and a battery (group). If the output power is AC 220V or 110V, an inverter is also required.

The positive pole of the output line of the solar power generation panel is connected to the positive pole of the distribution board, and the negative pole is connected to the negative pole. The easiest is to connect a diode in series.

Solar Battery Wiring Harness Installation
1. The battery pack is connected to the controller +/terminal, the positive pole of the battery pack is connected to the + terminal, and the negative pole of the battery pack is connected to the terminal. Be careful not to reverse the positive and negative poles.

2. The PV module is connected to the controller +/terminal, the positive pole of the PV module is connected to the + terminal, and the negative pole of the PV module is connected to the terminal. Be careful not to reverse the positive and negative poles.

3. The load is connected to the system panel +/terminal, the positive pole of the load is connected to the + terminal, and the negative pole of the load is connected to the terminal. Be careful not to reverse the positive and negative poles to avoid damage to the load.

Different Solar Battery Wiring Harness wiring methods are different and must be connected according to the specific controller.
The basic requirements are:
1. Power cord -- usually the controller uses a power cord with a three-pin plug, which has been connected to the controller;
2. Sensor line -- divided into two wires and four wires, and connected to the controller with plugs or terminals according to the label;
3. Solenoid valve wire -- two wires, connected to the controller as marked;
4. Electric auxiliary heating wire -- three wires, connected to the heating rod as marked.
